We want the process of scheduling an appointment to be as easy as possible. After you Schedule your appointment time and Checkout you will be emailed a link to your secure patient portal where you will be able to upload your prescription for testing or sperm banking. You can find instructions on producing and transporting your specimen here. Our team is available by email (email@example.com) or phone (516-487-2700) to answer any questions you might have.
Please be aware that we only process one specimen at a time to assure the best analysis and secure processing of your specimen. We use both manual and automated systems to assure precision and accuracy. Strict morphology Is also performed and reported. We will confirm all appointments with you.
We have a no refund policy. We schedule staff time and office time for each analysis. When booking an appointment please keep in mind that there are other patients waiting for an appointment. Some with urgent needs to produce a specimen prior to therapy that will affect their fertility. We cannot offer to reschedule your appointmentif less than 72 hour's notice, you fail to arrive at the time you requested or have not submitted the required prescription for your analysis.You can reschedule your appointment if there is greater than 72 hours before yourscheduled appointment. If we find that a specimen cannot be analyzed we will notify youand offer you another appointment time. If you have any questions please call us at 516-487-2700.
